Community Guidelines

DigiClassroom is built for real classrooms and families. These guidelines keep our spaces supportive, age-aware, and respectful.

Be kind

We treat each other with respect and empathy.

Be constructive

Suggestions and comments should help DigiClassroom grow — honest, specific, and grounded in care for learners and educators.

Be safe

Do not share personal information you're not comfortable sharing. Keep addresses, phone numbers, and sensitive student details out of public threads.

Be age-aware

Younger users should be mindful of what they post. Adults model patience and encouragement — especially around wellbeing topics.

Private by default

Your suggestions start private. You choose what becomes public when the founder publishes a thread for community discussion.

Founder moderation

The founder may make comments public if they help the community learn together — always with sensitivity to privacy and safety.

No harassment or harmful content

This is a supportive space. Harmful content will be removed. If something feels wrong, pause and reach out through appropriate support channels.

How suggestions become features

Ideas land privately first. When something genuinely shapes roadmap work, we may note it on the thread, celebrate thoughtfully, and occasionally invite wider conversation — never overnight or without care.

How badges are awarded

Badges recognize meaningful participation — feedback that improves the platform, conversations that welcome others, early explorers of wellbeing spaces, or champions of missions like the Teacher Tech Kit. Display is your choice on profiles when policies allow.

How public / private works

Private threads stay between you and the founder unless you both agree to publish. Public threads may still pause community replies when a slower, stewarded rhythm is healthier — clarity beats noise.

How we keep minors safe

Learner profiles stay tightly scoped by default. Adults connected through official pathways see only what policy allows. Self-reflection spaces remain private to the account holder — never surfaced on educator dashboards for judgment.

How we moderate discussions

We lean on human judgment, gentle prompts, and removal when needed. The goal isn't perfection on day one — it's a community that learns to repair, clarify, and care out loud.
